Not every pest problem is an emergency, but some genuinely are, particularly when there is a risk to someone's safety or to a business staying open. If any of the following sound like your situation, do not wait for a standard appointment.
The general rule is simple. If a pest is putting a person at risk of harm right now, or threatening to shut down your livelihood today, treat it as urgent and call straight away. If it is more of a nuisance that can be booked in for a regular visit, that is fine too, and we will tell you honestly which one yours is when you call.

Pest emergencies have no respect for the clock, and they often turn up in the evening or over the weekend when you are home to notice them. Where we can, we respond outside standard hours so an urgent problem is not left overnight to get worse.
